Heat Pump Servicing & Maintenance
Heat Pumps do not require annual safety checks. However, it is important they are regularly serviced. Preventative measures will help you avoid unexpected repair costs whilst helping to preserve your heat pumps maximum efficiency and manufacturer warranty periods. It is also a requirement for customers on the RHI scheme for their heat pumps to be regularly maintained.

What is Included in a Heat Pump Service?
If carried out correctly a heat pump service normally takes several hours to complete, the following are some of the minimum checks that should be undertaken.

Callout Fee | £35 + VAT | The Callout Fee is not charged for Solaris Energy installations within the two year defects and liability period |
Standard Hourly Rate | £75 + VAT | Minimum charge of 30 minutes. Additional time is rounded up to half hour intervals. |
Travel Charge | £1.45 +VAT | Charged per mile from our registered office address. Return mileage is charged for sites outside of Kent |
Servicing Fees | ||
ASHP or GSHP | £225 + VAT | Additional travel charges apply for sites outside of Kent. Please contact us for pricing on multiple units. |
